A Day in my Life: Senior High School Student Edition
Hi there! Today, I’m excited to take you through a typical day in my life as a senior high school student. Balancing classes, extracurricular activities, and study time can be challenging, but it’s all part of the journey. Let’s dive in!
Morning Routine
9:00 AM - Wake Up I start my day a little late. I wake up at around 9:00 AM. After taking a bath, I get dressed, grab a brunch, and pack my backpack with all the essentials for the day.
1:20 - Arrival at School I usually catch the bus to school, which takes about 20 minutes. During the ride, I like to listen to music or review my notes for any upcoming tests.
School Schedule (Afternoon Session Student)
1:30 AM - 1st Period: Pre-Calculus My first class of the day is Pre-Calculus. Math has always been a challenge for me, but I find that practice and getting help from my teacher make a big difference.
2:30 AM - 2nd Period: Personal Development Next, I head to PerDev. This subject really took my interest since our topic relates to psychology sometimes which I'm very interested of.
3:30 AM - 3rd Period: Empowerment Technology In E-Tech, we’re learning about technologies. From security to viruses to apps and etc. I enjoy learning this subject!
4:30 AM - 4th Period: Elective 1
In Elective 1, we’re learning about computers. There are many type of computers! And sometimes it's challenging since there are a lot to memorize. My last class of the day is Genmath. I like this better than Pre-Cal because it is far way more understandable to me.
Evening Routine
6:30 PM - Arrival I arrive late since it is always traffic during night time.
10:00 PM - Dinner Time After resting for a while, I eat dinner a little late while watching a drama in my laptop.
11:00 PM - Finish Homework I spend another hour or so finishing assignments and reviewing notes from the day. I often ask my family for help if I’m stuck on a particularly challenging math problem.
12:30 PM - Relaxation After homework is done, I like to relax by reading a book, watching a show, or catching up with friends online. It’s important to take time for myself, especially with all the responsibilities of senior year.
3:00 PM - Bedtime Routine Before bed, I prepare my backpack for the next day (making sure I have all assignments and materials ready). I try to get to bed by 3 PM so I can get enough rest for another busy day.
